SHIPPING & PACKAGING POLICY

All orders are processed either the same day or within 1 day and always within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Free shipping is available for all purchases over £40 and items are sent by Royal Mail tracked 48 for free delivery. Where delivery charge is purchased items are sent by Royal Mail 24 hour delivery service.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES 

Most items are available for next day delivery if they are purchased before 12pm. If an item is not available for next day delivery then we will contact you to notify you of this.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

PACKAGING

We aim to use recycled or recyclable packaging and minimise the use of single use plastic when sending items.
